Leadership Lessons by the Lake
Today I’m starting a new series of leadership posts inspired by my beautiful surroundings here in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, otherwise known as the U.P. for short.
I grew up in Marquette, a small city on the shores of Lake Superior, and return every summer to soak up the STUNNING scenery.
Yes- I’m a YOOPER!
While I didn’t fully appreciate my surroundings as a child, I am throughly enamored with the lush forests, glimmering lakes, and breathtaking vistas as an adult.
Being surrounded by nature inspires and uplifts me, so I hope this “Leadership Lessons by the Lake” series will not only showcase the beauty of Upper Michigan but help you ignite your natural leader within.
