In celebration of IWD 2024, I invited a group of inspiring women in my network to gather in support of two local non-profits. Alison Johnson, co-chair of Dress for Success Houston ‘s Rendezvous Gala to benefit female veterans, and Stephanie Hruzek, director of FamilyPoint Resources, shared how we can support children and women in our community. We also heard from two entrepreneurs, Michelle Hinton of Hinton Home Team and Nathalie Bonnete of Bonnete Inc, about their journeys to entrepreneurship. These women and the organizations they represent are powerful reminders of how including and investing in women benefits the collective and leads to positive, lasting change in our communities.
