You, my fellow high-flyers, inspire me!  Connecting with my light-filled, big-dreamin’ girlfriends is my greatest source of inspiration, which is why I’m drawn to empowering other women through coaching and communities. Bringing like-minded women together for heartfelt talks, encouragement, and impromptu dance parties is my “raison d’etre,” so look out for upcoming group coaching/workshops and retreats.

I’ve felt a lifelong calling to support other women, especially by empowering women in need. Deep love and appreciation for humankind fuel my acts of service and are the building blocks of my business. I believe in the power of women supporting women, so I invest a portion of my coaching profits in women-owned businesses in Africa through Kiva, a non-profit organization who provides microloans and support to entrepreneurs in developing countries. I also mentor young women and offer pro-bono coaching services to women in need, as well facilitating free support groups and workshops.

Founder & Leader of a Women’s Network in the Middle East

Over the years, I’ve supported a number of non-profits and charities, including founding and leading the Qatar Professional Women’s Network (QPWN) to empower women in the Middle East.  I’ve also supported domestic violence shelters, ovarian and breast cancer research funds, and our local schools and church just to name a few. On the LIGHTER side, I’m known for creating communities of women for the sole purpose of having fun!
