As a consultant and coach, I’ve spent 25+ years partnering with leaders, teams, and organizations across 50+ countries to produce the clarity, confidence, and capability that create lasting change.
I started as a management consultant at PwC and IBM, leading large-scale, tech-driven change initiatives and building leadership capabilities in Fortune 500 environments. Then, I launched my own coaching and consulting practice focused on developing leaders who want to stand out through their unique legacy. I’ve worked with hundreds of leaders, from the C-Suite to emerging leaders to everyone in between, across multiple industries.

From a globe-trotting consultant to an ICF-credentialed executive coach.
For many years, I had an enviable career on paper: a six-figure salary, designer suits, 100K frequent-flier status, and travel to more than 50 countries. I also had weekends paralyzed by anxiety and a body telling me what my head refused to hear.
What I was refusing to hear: this pace wasn’t sustainable, and the life I was building wasn’t the one I actually wanted.
By 2009, I could no longer ignore it. After nearly 14 years of leading organizations through large-scale transformational change and growing leaders across multiple geographies with PwC and IBM Consulting, I left to start my own practice to focus on developing leaders who want to stand out through their unique legacy.
Along the way, I founded the Qatar Professional Women’s Network, a community I led to more than 2,000 members. I’ve lived and worked across four continents, parented three boys while building a global practice, and become a regular voice on podcasts and in media covering women’s leadership, organizational change, and AI adoption.
Fifteen years later, I’m doing the work that matters most to me while raising my family and building a life that reflects what I value. It’s taught me what bold leadership looks like: staying grounded in values, navigating complexity with agility, and creating lasting impact. This is what makes me the right partner for the work we’ll do together.
What I Believe About Leadership
I coach from a belief that every leader possesses deep wisdom and strengths they haven’t fully tapped. My role is to help you access that wisdom, especially when facing high-stakes decisions and complex organizational challenges.
While I focus on professional ambitions, I take a holistic view. Who you are at work is inseparable from who you are as a whole person. This matters most for senior leaders navigating the unique pressures and isolation that come with executive responsibility.
Transformation happens at the intersection of challenge and support. I ask the hard questions, hold steady while you work through them, and tailor my approach to your personality, goals, and the complexity you’re navigating.
